Tequila Old Fashioned

3 oz añejo tequila

½ bar-spoon agave syrup

2-3 dashes lemon bitters

(can use orange/ grapefruit)

First, stir syrup and bitters together in an old-fashioned glass. Then add ice, tequilla and stir again. Garnish with a strip of lime.
