Orange Bitters

This orange cocktail bitters is a must-have for every well-stocked bar. Long awaited and anticipated, KegWorks is the first in the U.S. to offer it. Made by Angostura, this orange bitters recipe features combined spices and citrus flavorings that help to create truly incredible cocktails.
The bottles are known for their uniquely oversized labels. The secret recipe was developed by J.G.B. Siegert and is known only by 5 people at a time.
This has become a very popular bitters once again since the recent revival of classic cocktails. They are made from the skins of oranges that are grown in the West Indies and are the oldest brand of orange bitters in the U.S. Orange bitters are an essential ingredient in many cocktail recipes, including the Martini Cocktail.
Fee Brothers was established in 1863. Located in Rochester, New York, it's a fourth generation manufacturer of top quality bitters and mixers that are hard to find anywhere else.
Regansí Orange Bitters adds a hint of cinnamon, cloves and orange to cocktails-definitely a twist on standard orange bitters. Cocktail historian Gary Regan was very fond of orange bitters. Learning they were nearly impossible to find, he developed his own recipe. It took him six tries but he truly mastered it; it is delicious in cocktails.
Martini Cocktail
2 oz dry gin
1 oz dry vermouth
1 olive, for garnish
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a No. 9 or 10 glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist or olive.
Old Fashioned Cocktail Recipe
1 oz rye, bourbon or scotch whiskey
1 or 2 dashes of bitters
1 sugar cube
1 dash seltzer
1 cherry, for garnish
Pour all ingredients into glass. Muddle sugar until dissolved. Serve over ice. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, orange slice or maraschino cherry. Serve in a No. 5 glass with highball spoon.
